Projects

Community-Based and Experimental Palenque:

This is a Hybrid, Ancestral, and Artisanal Palenque design, created for community and experimental purposes. Now 100% eco-sustainable. Here, various master mezcaleros collaborate in ancestral and artesanal productions to enhance and refine the distillation processes, carrying out eco-sustainable practices, achieving synergies and documented learning.

On the other hand, it is an experimental palenque where new products are developed based on the ancestral knowledge of agave distillates and new trends and innovations in the world of aromas and flavors.

Prototype of Palenque for the production of distillates through our consultancy Mezcologo.com.

Turnkey projects for investors through artisanal or ancestral mezcal production.

Community and Experimental Palenque, 100% Sustainable.

Blessed Remedy Spirits, its Mezcal and Agave Spirit brands: Bendito Remedio X, El Herbolario, Mezcólogo, Native American and De La Madrastra es la evolución de diversos are the evolution of various projects aimed at protecting the maguey (agave) growers and producers of Oaxaca and Mexico who lack the means or are not interested in commercially marketing their products. This is why we are now building our “Community and Experimental Palenque”. It is designed by hands full of experience in producing artisan and ancestral mezcal, seeking through a design where the “less is more” culture was planned with efficient methods: solar panels and a biodigester for the bathrooms, and with higher yield in the production of spirits. The objective objective is to empower those agave growers or mezcal producers who do not have a space to sell agaves or produce mezcal with a professional foundation of social and economic sustainability fair trade, circular economy, and long-term viability.

Mission: To increase the commercialization of agave and mezcal producers in national and international markets who lack the necessary resources
to market their products with profitability, sustainability, and viability in the medium or long term.

Vision: To generate within three years the growth of various individuals through the “community and experimental palenque” project,
achieving profitability through a sustainable project.

Through this process and the use of Agave Bagasse Biocompost, we are applying a Circular Economy, as the agave bagasse is being used for farmland, has been sold for agave cultivation fields,
and was also donated for a garden at a university in Oaxaca.

Furthermore, the Biogas is being used for cooking in the “Jabalí Bungalow,” which is rented for people to come and learn about the process of distilling agave spirits and Artisan and Ancestral Mezcal at our distillery. The other use is in distillation: we use it for creating new flavor profiles in 2 and 5-liter stills,
as well as for support in the distillation of agave spirits and mezcal starting in late April 2025.
